Community guidelines for a public policy of integral improvement of neighborhoods (MIB) community 8. Medellín

Abstract

With the popular consultation of March 13, 2,016, the social and popular organizations of Medellín, strengthen a process of negotiation and concertation to concretize community proposals in a public MIB policy, planned and implemented with a territorial approach at the neighborhood and communal level.
