<strong>Abstract</strong> A method is proposed to estimate the average weight of dried eye lens of <em>Myocastor coypus</em> from morphometric parameters that can be detected also in living. <strong>Riassunto</strong> Viene proposto un metodo per stimare il peso secco medio dei cristallini di <em>Myocastor coypus</em> a partire da parametri morfometrici rilevabili anche sugli animali vivi.
