Abstract

The provision of information services for individuals with special needs is an integral part of their formative scientific, educational, cultural and humanitarian and thus one of the ways and methods that work to bridge the gap of disability and the inability to compensate them by providing opportunities for distance education , so Providing information services based on the following grounds : Individuals with special needs have the right to be treated with the same amount of class and status are treated by other beneficiaries. Realization of the principle of equal opportunities by providing equal access for individuals with special needs to all sources of information and services that benefit other beneficiaries. Development of human resources of individuals with special needs through the advancement of cultural and educational abilities and mental and then mitigate the severity of the disability. That individuals with special needs have the educational and informational needs just like non-disabled individuals. Achieve the principle of full integration and overall for individuals with special needs in the community.
