Counteracting the dissemination of information on the Internet the sale of certificates of education as an important part of the work of the Prosecution

Abstract

The article analyzes the practice of implementation of procedural powers by prosecutors in such an important and relatively young area of work as counteraction to the dissemination of information on the sale of educational documents on the Internet. The emerging difficulties as well as ways to improve the efficiency of the relevant work of prosecutors are identified.
