Traditional and regional products form the perspective of Szczecin University students

The study covers the issues of traditional and regional foods which are attracting more and more interest. The knowledge of university students and their attitude towards these foods were checked on the basis of a survey research. It was concluded that the students need more comprehensive education in the area of the culinary heritage and that an increase in traditional and regional foods promotion may contribute to the growing awareness of their consumption.
