THE MULTIPLICITY OF ARD AND THE DYNAMICS OF THE IMMUNE STATUS IN PATIENTS WITH CEREBRAL PALSY WITH SPASTIC DIPLEGIA AGAINST THE BACKDROP OF THE AUTHOR’S METHOD OF PHYSICAL REHABILITATION OF PATIENTS

Abstract

Purppose: the effect of the complex of therapeutic exercises on the multiplicity ARD, cellular and humoral immunity in patients with infantile cerebral paralysis (ICP).Materials and methods: we studied the immune status of 70 patients with cerebral palsy with spastic diplegia. In the main group (35 children) for a comprehensive treatment were added classes on copyright simulators, in the comparison group (35 children) was not used copyright simulators.Results: application author’s techniques could substantially reduce the incidence of acute respiratory infections.Conclusion: the proven positive impact of physiotherapy on humoral and cellular immunity, reducing the ratio of OCR in the main group.
