La traducción literaria entre español y portugués en los siglos XVI y XVII

Abstract

Textual circulations between Spanish and Portuguese cultures in the 16th and 17th centuries took different forms, such as the circulation of the original text, the allophone creation in the neighbouring language, self-translation or allograph. The present contribution aims to draw a general framework regarding the use of different methods of exchange between both cultures. In so doing, we pay particularattention to the asymmetrical relationship between Spanish and Portuguese at that time.
