In this paper, the differences between neutral salt spray test and cyclic tests (including GM GMW 14872,Volkswagen PV1210,JASO M610) in the evaluation of corrosion effect of bare sheet and galvanized sheet were analyzed, and the effects of different accelerated corrosion tests on the corrosion morphology and corrosion mark expansion value of different coating materials were determined.By comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the corrosion resistance of several coating materials obtained by different corrosion test methods,it could be found that the macroscopic morphology of paint damage in salt spray test and the above-mentioined cyclic tests presented as follows: GA board was the best, followed by GI board, and CR board was the worst. For the neutral salt spray test, the expansion value of single side erosion mark of GI board was the largest, followed by that of GA board, and CR board had the smallest value. For the JASO M610 and PV1210 cyclic corrosion tests, that value of GI board was the largest, followed by CR board, and GA board had the smallest value. For the GMW14872 cycle test, that value of GA board was the smallest, followed by GI board, and CR board had the largest value.
