POLITICAL CRISIS IN RUSSIA AT THE END OF 1870s AND WAYS OF ITS OVERCOMING IN GOVERNMENT CAMP REPRESENTATIVES’ POINT OF VIEW
Abstract
The article is devoted to the crisis of Russian autocracy at the end of the Great reforms epoch and to the projects of Russian Empire political system reforms, worked up by outstanding russian statesmen: great prince Constantin Nicolaevich, P.A. Valuev, D.A. Milutin, M.T. Loris-Melikov. Projects were of moderately liberal type and intended to establich organs of national representative office and participation of elected society representatives in discussion of state deals.
