GIS «PROTECTED AREAS OF SARATOV REGION»: EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT, IMPLEMENTATION AND PROSPECTS OF EVOLUTION

Abstract

The experience of GIS development and implementation in Saratov region nature protection is presented in the article. The structure and content of created GIS as well as prospects of it’s development and use are discussed in detail. Also possibilities of geocological risk-analysis’ methods in the annex to thу Protected Areas Network of Saratov region are considered.
