Antiradicalar action of the aerial parts of two Pinha arrays / Ação antiradicalar das partes aéreas de duas matrizes de Pinha
Abstract
The pine (Annona squamosa L.) is a species of northeastern region, which has its antiradical action occurring, at the same time its biological nature varies according to the external factors, such as: evaluation, collection area and introduction of others, which makes it relevant to analyze their action in different areas. In this context, the present work is determined as an antiradical action, a phenol content and a phytochemical prospection of the species pinha (A.squamosa), a collection in Estrela de Alagoas (pinha 1) and Palmeira dos Índios (pinha 2). Phytochemical analysis revealed flobatenic tannins, flavones, flavonols and xanthones, catechins, flavonones, steroids and saponins. By means of the interpolation of the absorbances of the plant samples found, in the sample Pinha 1 a hay content of 1584.94 mg EAG / g of Pinha 2 extract. And the content of flavonoids of both species as such: An antioxidant activity (AAO%) by the DPPH free radical method of pineapple 1 and pineapple 2, demonstrating a significant effect in the concentrations of 100 μg.mL -1 and 200 μg.mL -1, presenting an AAO% of 92, 17 and 97.1. Those who, by the ABTS radical capture method and the FRAP method, showed a higher antioxidant potential when compared to pineapple 2. The resistance test was performed in a sample collected in the city of Estrela de Alagoas (Pinha 1) word result higher than sample Pineapple 2.
