Because the problem of global land degradation is very prominent, it is necessary to effectively manage the degraded land. Common management modes of degraded land include vegetation restoration, rational grazing, and application of new technologies. In order to derive the applicable range of various degraded land management modes, this paper constructs three differential game models and compares and analyzes the equilibrium results obtained by the models. Finally, the study shows that if the return of the degraded land is small, the vegetation restoration mode can maximize the benefit of the government; if the return of the degraded land is large, the mode of application of new technologies can maximize the benefit of the government. Under the condition of the small cost of the degraded land, if the return of the degraded land is small, the rational grazing mode can maximize the benefit of the community. Under the condition of the large cost of the degraded land, if the return of the degraded land is small, the rational grazing mode can maximize the benefit of the community; if the return of the degraded land is large, the mode of application of new technologies can maximize the benefit of the community.
