ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF FORMS OF ACCUMULATION AND USE OF SAVINGS IN THE AREA OF HOUSING INVESTMENT
Abstract
The article deals with the development of areas of housing investment: problems in the functioning of modern one-level and two-level scheme mortgage lending in Russia - high risks and lack of government guarantees, with the participation of the population in the first model of investment and poor infrastructure refinancing home loans and the lack of mortgage bonds for the second model; the article highlights the key advantages and disadvantages of each model, and the necessity of an alternative housing investment mechanism.
