Physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials depend not only on the nature of the substance, but also on the size and shape of particles and pores. This paper investigates methods for managing the textural properties of nanopowders, obtained by pulsed evaporation by an electron beam in vacuum. The methods include doping at the stage of the nanopowder production, ultrasonic processing of aqueous suspensions of nanopowders and irradiating nanopowders with relativistic electrons.
