Research on the Construction of Service Capability Evaluation Index System for Scientific and Technical Consulting Agencies

Abstract

[Purpose/Significance] To construct an index system for evaluating the service capability of scientific and technical consulting agencies, with a view to scientifically and comprehensively evaluating the service capability of China’s science and technology consulting organizations and promoting their benign development. [Method/Process] Based on sorting out the influencing factors and characteristics of service capability, the service capability evaluation indexes were screened and established using the Delphi method, and the weights of the evaluation indexes were calculated using the hierarchical analysis method. [Result/Conclusion] This study constructed a set of evaluation index system of service capability of scientific and technical consulting agencies, including 2 dimensions of service resources, service performance, 7 first-level indexes and 18 second-level indexes.
