Parliamentarism Typology in the Modern French Law
Abstract
In the present article the attempt to investigate variability of a concept parliamentarism in modern French law is made. It is noted that the French constitutionalists consider parliamentarism as a synonym of parliamentary board which is characterized by special mechanisms of interaction between the legislative and executive authorities. Proceeding from it, in the French doctrine of constitutional right usually allocate various ways of functioning of parliamentarism which can be classified by separate types: dualistic, monistical, rationalized and majority.
