MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CONFLICTS AT RETAIL TRADE ENTERPRISES
Abstract
In the presented article the specificity of management of organizational conflicts in divisions of the concrete enterprise of retail trade is revealed. Based on the application of the questionnaire method, it is revealed that the management style in the network of organizations under investigation is fairly democratic, and the management system is characterized by the ability to coordinate and ensure the focus of the work of personnel. Interpretation of the results of conflict level testing showed that the dominant conflict level should be assessed as low and medium. The study of the strategy and tools for reducing conflict in the team showed that the level of competition is significant if there is sufficient cooperation and compromise interaction. The existing socio-psychological climate is assessed as favorable. The analysis of the obtained results shows that there is an interdependence of the management style used in conlict situations and the level of conlict in the team, which has the greatest effect on the level of formation and favorableness of the socio-psychological climate. It was determined that the most preferable to reduce the level of conlict in the organization is to minimize the conditions for the emergence of conlict situations through the provision of appropriate socio-psychological training, counseling and continuous monitoring.
