STRATEGIES OF «SMART CITIES» CREATION AND DEVELOPMENT

Abstract

The concept of sustainable development of urban areas, concept and structure of Smart City, problem of development and inclusion of Smart City elements in the existing infrastructure, foreign experience and prospects of Russia for Smart City concept introduction is considered. The problem of formation of the development strategy for modern city on the basis of the Smart Cities elements is investigated. The technique of carrying out of innovative-technological audit of the city conditions and formation of the innovative development for infrastructure elements directions at the stage of the design development and estimate documentation is offered.
