Muscular fitness benefits of physical fitness in youth development.
Abstract
This article aims at finding the most effective means of physical development and harmonious development of physical fitness by using muscular fitness exercises. Considering that the application of selected means of muscular fitness, on grounds of efficiency, rational promoted club activities and maintenance centers in groups of participants, adults, contribute to the development objectives in line fitness and increase quality and length of working life . Testing was done on a group of 12 adults, young participants in maintenance activities of the club Muscle Power, Suceava (Club fitness and bodybuilding) that was the experimental group.
