his article focuses on the initial teacher education and its administrative political interfaces within the scope of the Institutional Program for Teaching Initiation Scholarships (Pibid), in particular, of the Edites Capes 07/2018, developed at the Federal University of Tocantins (UFT ), in 2018 and 2019. The objective is to problematize the notes and reflections around teacher education, using as an evaluative parameter the propositions underlying the edict, with emphasis on the framework of changes in educational legislation, the challenges of the operationalization of the education system. granting of scholarships, and the coordinating team's strategies to a multi-campus social and academic reality, such as that represented by UFT. The analysis methodology took as a reference for reading the set of technical administrative management operations, in view of the demands signaled by the public notice and by the actions within the nuclei and subprojects. As a theoretical framework, the reflections problematized by Dourado (2015), Gatti (2013) and other scholars were used. The results obtained expressed the necessary interlocution in strengthening the partnership between administrative gestation and pedagogical learning, signaling the notices as milestones in the realization ofthe challenges that involve operationalization and interfaces in teacher training.
