Abstract Adult‐onset Still's disease (AOSD) is an uncommon inflammatory disorder. AOSD and SARS‐Cov‐2 infection share clinical and laboratory features, including systemic inflammation. A 19‐year‐old woman had prolonged fever for 3 weeks, joint pain, and biological inflammatory syndrome. Post COVID‐19 AOSD was diagnosed. SARS‐Cov‐2 infection induces many inflammatory diseases including AOSD.
