Dynamic efficiency and praxeological analysis of law
Abstract
The aim of this paper is to propose the use in legal analysis of the dynamic efficiency criterion and the praxeological method, developed by the Austrian school of economics. This analysis should be based on the principles of entrepreneurial discovery and social coordination, in opposition with the criteria of Pareto and Kaldor-Hicks, based on the allocation of given resources.
