A CONCEPT OF ARCHITECTURE AND ARTIFICIAL ACOUSTIC ENVIRONMENT FOR THE THEATER AUDITORIUM OF "BLACK BOX" TYPE

Abstract

The article considers issues in architectural acoustic design of the theater auditorium of "Black Box" type. A transdisciplinary concept of auditorium architecture is proposed. The problem of improving speech intelligibility in the theater auditorium of "Black Box" type is addressed using the architecture and electro-acoustic immersive system based on active sound field control technologies (AFC).
