History of the constitution of EFA's of the state of Espírito Santo

In This work we aim to discuss the history of the pedagogy of alternation in the state of Espírito Santo. Thus, we seek addressing the creation OF EFA's-Agricultural Families Schools in Brazil, the characteristics of these institutions and the movement that arises for the implementation of the pedagogy of alternation in the country. Initially, we will report the emergence of the pedagogy of alternation in France, its characteristics and current context in the Holy Spirit. We will follow The report on how members of the Catholic Church, together with members of civil society, have organized themselves for the creation of the promotional education movement of Espírito Santo-mepes and how was the process of Creation of the first EFA's. We will conclude this work dealing with Raceffaes- Regional associations of family centers of training in alternation, institution that currently is responsible for the unit Pedagogical of the Ceffa's – familiar centers of training in alternation of the north of Espírito Santo. In addition, we will highlight the process of constitution of this institution and its form of action within the Ceffa's. The present work refers to a bibliographical and documentary research and provides a small theoretical basis concerning the documents of the family Agricultural School of Chapadinha and of the authors who deal with the issues most related to the history of this Institution.
