Publications for cluster analysis application in order to solve energy efficiency problems were analyzed. With the help of cluster analysis the cauterization of buildings of Cherkasy State Technological University is carried out. System-forming factors for clusters and dimensions for the calculation of energy intensity norms within a cluster have been determined.
