Estado y ONG en Argentina en la gestión de lo social: formas de legitimación de los 90 a la actualidad
Abstract
The article analyzes in historical perspective the ways in which Non-Governmental Organizations (NGO) in Argentina become agents considered efficient for the management of social policy from the 90's. It focuses on the forms of legitimation that referents -NGO directors and senior officials of the socio-assistance field- display in different periods about the legitimacy granted or denied to NGOs to intervene in the socio-assistance field, the ways in which the relationship with the State is configured and the boundaries of a complex, changing, non-linear link are drawn. This paper uses interviews with directors of organizations and state officials; and the analysis of regulations and institutional documents.
