The article reflects some aspects of the use of modern information technologies in medical activities. Based on the complex and multilevel analysis of a large number of clinical data, medical expert systems allow you to predict the course and outcome of certain nosological units, and are also focused on making decisions on the plan for further tactics for conducting a particular patient. Artificial neural networks (INS) is a self-learning hardware prototype neuron of the cerebral cortex with a specifically defined structure and a unique classifying ability. The above examples of implementation of neural network technologies in practical medicine demonstrate the advantageous advantages of these expert systems and are important expansions of the future design of artificial intelligence.
