ACUTE ACUTE OTOMASTOIDY – CLINICAL CASE
Abstract
The authors present a case with acute coalescent mastoiditis, complicated with facial nerve paralysis and masqueradind as parapharyngeal abscess (with dysphagia, sore throat, trismus, submandibular adenitis). In multiple disease environment, diferential diagnosis can prove difficultand generate therapeutic confusions.
