Abstract

Covid'scrisis halted the economy and confined people in an attempt to stem the viral spread. Many lives were taken and vaccines emerged, symbolizing the hope of recovering the normal, devastated by the chaos of the disease. However, there are many people who refuse to be vaccinated with the claim of the right to freedom, frustrating the possibility of the so-called herd immunity. Would there be a fundamental right to infect? RESUMO A crise da Covid-19 parou a economia e confinou pessoas na tentativa de conter o avanço viral. Muitas vidas foram ceifadas e as vacinas surgiram simbolizando a esperança de recobrar o normal assolado pelo caos da doença. Todavia há muitas pessoas que se recusam a se vacinar com a alegação do direito à liberdade, frustrando a possibilidade da intitulada imunidade de rebanho. Haveria um direito fundamental de infectar?
