Dynamic characteristics of monostable acoustic metamaterial absorber
Abstract
Given at the problem of narrow low-frequency absorption bandwidth of monostable acoustic metamaterial absorber, the Lindstedt-Poincare method was applied to investigate the vibration response and frequency amplitude response characteristics of the monostable acoustic metamaterials absorber. Under the excitation of plane wave, the displacement and frequency-amplitude response equation of the system were obtained, and the numerical simulation was carried out. The results show that the displacement response curves obtained by L-P method are in good agreement with the numerical curves obtained by Runge-Kutta method, and the weak nonlinearity leads to the narrow low-frequency absorption bandwidth of the system. Therefore, enhancing the nonlinear strength of the system can expand the low-frequency absorption broadband in the deep subwavelength scale, which provides theoretical support for the design of acoustic metamaterials.
