Problems of Studying the Handwritten and Printed Text of Dostoevsky’s Novel "Idiot"

Abstract

The article is devoted to the textual analysis of the manuscripts and printed text of Dostoevsky’s novel «Idiot». The study allows to clarify the dates of some author’s notes and to discover new facts on the history of the text and the creative history of the novel. Comments and conclusions presented in the paper can be used in the preparation of modern scientific publications of the writer’s texts.
