Aim: The aim of this study is to determine of the satisfaction levels of foreign tourists about the Alaaddin Keykubat University Alanya Education Research Hospital outpatient clinics. Method: In this study, the data collection form consists two parts; first part is regarding the determination of the personal and social characteristics of the patients. And the second part consists of 30 multiple choice Likert-type statement scale for determination of satisfaction levels. For this purpose, factor analysis method was used. Variance analysis were performed for each of the demographic variables. Results: As a result of variance analysis, it was found that there was a significant difference between the PCH factor and the gender groups, the average value of the responses of the male and female tourists in Alanya, which were short or long in terms of PCH factor, was higher and the male participants had a higher likelihood level than the female participants. D and IPD factors, it is found that there is a statistically significant difference between "Reason for being in Alanya”, there was a statistically different between the education level groups and the IPD factor. CW and D factors were statistically significant between the age groups and the average values of the responses of the foreign tourists in Alanya to the short or long period in the age group of 65 and above were highest in both groups. Conclusion: According to this study, older patients, highly educational patients, and also patients who has lived for a long time in Alanya were found to be more satisfied with hospital services.
