In order to determine the potential vulnerability of public health facilities in four northern regions of Peru to the possible effects of El Niño-Southern Oscillation (ENSO), an exploratory spatial analysis was realized with geo-referenced points of risk areas reported by the National Water Authority, and public health facilities of the Ministry of Health. An influence concentric areas was simulate from the points of risk to the public health facilities in radius of 200, 1000 and 1500 meters. Tumbes will be the most affected with 37.2% of their health facilities. Health facilities class I-2 and I-3 will be most affected with 28.9 and 31.6% respectively. We identify public health facilities nearly to points of risk which might be affected in the presence of ENSO.
