Science as a Generator of Development of the Non-Waste Agro-Industrial Production
Abstract
Science is the basis of formation of the complexes «science – technology – non-waste agro-industrial production – society». The achievements of science and technology open wide possibilities of changing the methods of agro-industrial production on the basis of its technical improvement in combination with the most complete and economical use of material, labor and financial resources. The publication is aimed at disclosing the role of science in the development of non-waste agro-industrial production. The study was based on the use of such approaches and methods: dialectical, system, causal method, theoretical generalization and comparison. It has been determined that science and practice should unite efforts to ensure the transition of the agro-industrial complex to non-waste production by improving technological, economic, and organizational components. It has been found that scientific and technical development (STD) repeatedly accelerates the process of occurrence of new non-waste technologies; leads to appearance of goods with qualitatively new consumer properties, formation of markets of new production; facilitates the rapid renewal of agro-industrial production. It has been proved that in the sphere of agro-industrial complex the connection between science, technology, and production is especially evident.
