Przesłanki i działania na rzecz ożywienia rynku sekurytyzacji portfeli dłużnych MSP w Unii Europejskiej

Abstract

The article attempts at identifying basic premises, followed by presenting the regulatory and economic activities of the European Union aimed at stimulating the securitization of SME debt finance portfolios, predominantly in the post-crisis. The focus is on securitization instruments, secured on credit and car lease liabilities of SME. The undertaken attempt was preceded by a brief analysis of key characteristics of the aforementioned securitization market.
