Organisational culture is a reality, even in military organisations, that needs to be considered and constantly reflected upon in order to improve it. In this context, this study addresses the linkage of three organisational processes that are specific to all organisations and, in our case, to the military organisation, namely organisational culture, organisational effectiveness, and organisational efficiency, elements that tend toward a high-performance structure. When organisational culture is at a high level, well defined, and implicitly mature, it refers to a set of accepted values and behaviours that support the achievement of organisational goals and have an impact on personnel, including a direct and immediate impact on multiplying the military's individual and collective performance on missions.Organisational change in the military, and therefore change in military organisational culture, is a constant and inevitable necessity and requirement, but managing change in the military organisation requires an effort to evolve in the direction of developments in the international security environment, which is difficult in the context of the unpredictable evolution of the war in Ukraine.Organisational culture is defined by norms, values, and attitudes that influence the behaviour of the military and thus become a multiplier for the effectiveness and efficiency of the military organisation.
