THE «CAREER-ORIENTED NAVIGATOR» AS THE TECHNOLOGY OF INCLUSIVE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES
Abstract
The paper examines the experience of the project «Career Guidance Navigator» - technology vocational guidance of persons with disabilities, consolidating efforts of all stakeholders. We consider the problematic position of vocational choice by persons with disabilities and the factors influencing professional self-determination ofpeople with disabilities. Also presented the project targets, decisive round of questions and implications for the educational complex of the region and the main directions of its implementation.
