An infective background during pregnancy may have a negative impact on the proper metabolism of the placenta and promote it adaptive compensatory reactions. Typical adaptive compensatory reactions, which realized by terminal NAPs angiomatosis, forming uric syncytial and development of true syncytial capillary membranes were determined in Chlamydia trachomatis contamination of the lower genital tract in placenta of all studied groups.
