Soft power in the system of french security (the exemple of la francophonie)
Abstract
The article is devoted to the examination of the Francophonie organization in the system of foreign policy of France in the XXI century. It is presented the analysis of the role of the Francophonie as an instrument of soft power in the system of national security.
