Quality Management System Construction of Coal Mine Enterprises Safety Training Based on DFSS Theory

Abstract

Training in coal mining enterprises is one of the important measures to improve the safety quality of employees and improve the level of safety management, and there are also safety risks in the training process. In order to improve the management level, standardized and normalized means are adopted to solve the problem of safety and quality of training in the training process of coal mining enterprises, and to fill the gap in the part of safety management training in the quality management system. By applying the six-sigma theory and taking the safety training process as the research object, the standardized structure and connotation of the training safety and quality management system are constructed from five aspects, namely, the organizational system, the training system, the evaluation system, the supervision system and the management system. It provides a theoretical reference for strengthening the standardization construction of coal mine safety training quality and improving the research of coal industry training safety quality and training efficiency.
