The article is devoted to expressive and pragmatic features of syntax of English-language Internet editions. The tendency for increased expression of newspaper headlines is a prominent feature of modern newspapers. The pragmatic nature of a newspaper headline is to influence on the reader by any means. Expressive syntactic construction of the newspaper headline is considered in this article as a pragmatic means of impact on the audience.
