Problems of Judicial Protection of Ecological Rights of Russians at International Level
Abstract
Authors have undertaken initiatives aimed at actual problems of protection of ecological human and citizen rights by Russians witch caused by a divergence of norms of the national legislation of the Russian Federation with standards of the Council of Europe.Authors offer alternative sight at reference points for the further development, implementation and legislative definition of ecological human rights in Russian law and also at realization mechanisms of their protection intended to make contribution to respect for human rights in Russian courts.On the basis of the analysis of judiciary practice of the European court of human rights as well as statistical data and the Russian legislation authors formulated practical recommendations of developing a coherent and consistent policy for human rights
