Experimental validation of the model approach in professional psychological selection of law enforcement officers
Abstract
This article discusses the problems of modeling personality-suitability of employees of internal affairs agencies (staff) in the psychology of performance. The model is presented as an activity centred construct. Subject of study modeled in stages in the form of conceptual and theoretical subject-content, instrumental and methodological, formal mathematical model and interpretation. Modeling reveals closeness to essence of psychological phenomena according to the degree of relevance of the model with the real activity of employees. The results of the domain-meaningful simulation are presented in the form of structured psihogrammy. Highlighted the importance of the reliability of methodical models. As a result, studied psychological phenomenon is presented in the format of a functional link personal test data of the employees with their operational activities. Identified existing problems related to the modeling of personal and professional.
