Innovative Transformations in Ukraine: Regulatory and Legal Support

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to focus attention on the current regulatory and legal support for the implementation of innovative transformations in Ukraine in the conditions of today’s historical challenges, which dictate new requirements forsocio-economic development related to the strengthening of the country’s defense capabilities, the formulation of national development strategies, and the future reconstruction of the territories of Ukraine. The research methodology is basedon systemic and structural approaches, on methods of comparative, logical and structural-functional analysis, including an inter disciplinary approach. Scientific novelty. The relevance of innovative transformation in the conditions of European integration is determined. The importance of innovative development of Ukrainein conditions of full-scale war is indicated. Conclusions. Normative and legal acts that regulate innovative activity have been disclosed. It is argued that the latest geopolitical challenges for Ukraine have increased the urgency of developing a national scientific system for supporting knowledge and innovation. In order fornational science to bring maximum benefit to the future post-war economy, a systematic restructuring of its relations is necessary. The combination of the security system, science, education and business ensure the transformation of advanced technologies and create the prerequisites for the development of a strong and competitive economy.
