Compressive damping characteristic and constitutive model of damping rubber material for oil immersed shunt reactor
Abstract
The damping characteristics of damping rubber material between oil immersed shunt reactor body and oil tank were studied by axial compression hysteresis test and the Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model parameters and Yeoh constitutive model parameters applicable to the damping rubber material between the oil immersed shunt reactor body and the oil tank were corrected according to the experimental data and the ABAQUS numerical simulation results. The results showed that the axial compression stiffness, hysteretic curve and energy dissipation capacity of NBR specimens were higher than those of ordinary anti-vibration rubber specimens; Mooney-Rivlin model and Yeoh model were applicable to the small deformation and large deformation behavior of NBR specimens, and the maximum errors of Mooney-Rivlin model parameters and Yeoh model parameters were -11.31% and -12.21% respectively.
