This work is done from the inadequacies present teachers who develop their professional work in the career Senior Technician in Nursing at the Bolivarian Technological Institute of Technology, in relation to the use of ICT in the learning process. To this end a strategy for continuous training of teachers based on the optimal and rational use of these technologies is proposed. The results obtained with the implementation of strategies allow assert its validity and relevance whenever a gradual improvement seen in the preparation of classes and other educational activities with the use of the potential offered by different technologies, mainly: virtual classrooms, virtual libraries, cloud storage and virtual labs.
