社区缺血性卒中的二级预防 Secondary Prevention of Ischemic Stroke in Community

Abstract

随着诊疗技术水平的提高，缺血性卒中的死亡率逐渐下降，但脑血管事件的复发率仍然 较高。因此，缺血性卒中的二级预防十分重要。社区医生对缺血性卒中患者进行科学规范的管理是 降低脑血管事件复发的关键环节，本文针对基于社区的缺血性卒中患者的二级预防特点及相关问题 做一综述。 Abstract: With the development of diagnosis and management of stroke, the mortality of ischemic stroke is gradually decreased, however, the recurrence rate of cerebral vascular disease remains very high. Therefore, the secondary prevention is particularly important. Community physician play the key role in decreasing cerebral vascular events recurrence through scientific and standard management of patients with ischemic stroke. This paper is to review the characters and relevant problems of secondary prevention medications for ischemic stroke patients in community.
