The main principles of planning budget expenditures in Ukraine

Abstract

The study deals with the basic principles of expenditures planning. Detailed analysis of the budget expenditures planning shows that this process has deficiencies nowadays. The conclusions about the ways of budget expenditures planning optimization are made in the article.
