Actores sociales y Políticas Públicas: el discurso de la Iglesia Católica chilena frente a las políticas públicas en salud sexual adolescente
Abstract
What is presented below attempts to show the role of the Catholic Church Chile as an active social actor in the discussion of Chilean teen sex public policy, from its ability to symbolic production from his public speech on the subject mentioned. Through the results obtained from an analysis of quantitative content of a selected sample of speeches made by the Episcopal Conference of Chile for the period from 2001 to 2004, was intended to reveal the main points which have emerged in the discourse Church on these issues, and the impact that these represent in Agenda Public, taking into account the action of the Chilean State, in matters concerning these public policies.
