Transparent words as a means of teaching professionally-oriented lexis of the English language on the basis of scientific texts (specialization «Ecology»)

Abstract

The given article deals with some issues on the professionally oriented English lexis teaching to university students of non-foreign language faculties. The skill development of practicing some transparent words by students is suggested as an effective means of the considerable increase of the volume and tempo in learning lexical items by students at the English language classes, which might promote raising the professional language standard of the modern specialist.
